Menu Selections
Clients will receive a list of seasonal menu selections in various categories (beef, chicken, fish, vegetarian, etc) and some forms on which to make choices and place orders. Every three months I’ll provide you with a new list, but of course you can always reorder something you especially liked from previous lists. Here are some popular current and past selections:
Your Favorite or Longed-for Recipe
Give me your own recipe and I will prepare it for you.
Simply Delicious Plain
Choice of meat, sauteed or baked with salt, pepper and garlic. Served with seasonal vegetable and potato/rice/pasta dish.
Chicken Breast Stuffed with Fresh Sage & Lavender
Baked and topped with swiss cheese. Side of twice-baked potato.
Linguini with Toasted Walnuts & Zucchini
Sauteed in olive oil with onions and oregano.
Fish on Bed of Greek Lentils
Greek-herbed lentils with potato serve as a base for the garlic-seasoned fish.
Leek Quiche
Fresh domestic leeks and swiss cheese in a tart-type pastry crust
Basil & Sun-dried Tomato Beef Tenders
Sauteed sliced tenderloin in a basil cream sun-dried tomato sauce. With cottage fries.
Peruvian Lamb
Roasted with oregano, coffee and sour cream. Topped with gruyere cheese. Side of potato puff.
Trout with Gingered Sake Sauce
One of Carmen's prize winners. Lemon compliments the sake and ginger. Side of brown rice.
Tomato Tempeh Curry
A curry with green pepper and dried currants. Side of white rice.
Vietnamese Pork & Mushrooms
Marinated with fresh gingerroot and fish sauce plus mushrooms. Served over white and wild rice blend.
